Do you handle emergencies at night?
Yes, absolutely. We are a 24/7 multispeciality pet hospital. Our emergency trauma team and ICU are fully staffed and operational at all hours of the day and night, including weekends and public holidays. If your pet is facing a critical emergency, please bring them straight in or call our emergency hotline immediately.
What types of pets do you treat?
We specialize in treating primarily dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and sizes. Our veterinarians are highly experienced in feline and canine medicine. We also offer basic care and consultations for select small pets. Please call ahead if you have an exotic pet to ensure we have the right specialist available.
Do I need to book an appointment for a regular check-up?
While we do accept walk-ins for general consultations, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance. This allows us to minimize wait times and ensure that you see your preferred doctor. Appointments can easily be scheduled online through our website or by calling our reception desk.
What vaccination schedule should my puppy follow?
Puppies generally start their core vaccinations at around 6 to 8 weeks of age. This includes DHPPi and Anti-Rabies, followed by booster shots every 3 to 4 weeks until they are about 16 weeks old. However, our doctors will create a customized vaccination schedule based on your pup's specific breed, health, and lifestyle.
